Crafted With Passion, Served With Pride

Ember & Oak was born from a simple belief: that great food starts with great ingredients, treated with respect and cooked with intention. Chef Marcus Webb spent years honing his craft across Europe before returning home to open the restaurant he always dreamed of.

Every dish tells a story — of the farmers who grew the produce, the seasons that shaped the flavours, and the techniques passed down through generations. We invite you to sit, slow down, and savour every moment.
